It pains me to do it, but I have to sell my baby. Every where I go I get comments like "beautiful car" and "my number is ". I drove it on my wedding day in 2007, and let a friend use it for his wedding in 2008. It has been a part of my life for the last 10 years, but I feel I'm driving it less and less. I hope someone else can get as much joy out of it as it has given me for the last 10 years.
The basics:

This car was purchased 10 years ago at an auction outside of Lincoln, NE. When I bought it:
1. The interior was 2-toned blue/dark blue
2. The clutch had recently been replaced
3. The speedometer did not work
4. Floor boards were completely rusted through.
5. 2-barrel carb
5. 2-barrel carb
Since then, the following upgrades have been made:
1. Repaired the rust in the floorboards (1999)
2. Replaced the entire interior to black/white (seats upholstered professionally) (1999)
3. Replaced intake (2001)
4. Replaced 2-barrel carb with 4-barrel (edelbrock) (2001)
5. Replaced fuel pump (chrome) (2001)
6. Replaced exhaust headers (chrome Tri-Y) (2001)
7. Repaired Speedometer...currently reads around 29k (1999)
7. Repaired Speedometer...currently reads around 29k (1999)
8. Replaced exhaust pipes (2006)
9. New Tires (2007, less than 1000 miles on tires)
10. New battery (2008)
The car has been garaged ever since I bought it, and has never seen snow (rain once or twice). It runs great! The clutch has a pretty short through, but is easy to get used to.
Here's the bad:
1. Minor scratches and dings
2. Rear bumber bracket needs replacing
3. Small amount of bubbling paint on back quarter panels.
4. The top is not "perfect", but I don't think it leaks (I never drive with the top up).
Due to the minor defects, I'm selling this vehicle for $12,000 or best offer. Pricing vehicles like this is incredibly hard, as they are all different and the market is different all over the United States.
